Agnes supports the growth and diversification of Root Capital’s agricultural lending portfolio by developing and managing relationships with partner organizations. Agnes has fourteen years of experience in the microfinance sector, most recently as the Operations and Business Development Manager for K-Rep Fedha Services Ltd. She has firsthand experience in transforming donor funded projects into a for-profit business. Agnes has a Background in Accounting and Business and is currently working on her Masters in Business Administration (Project Management), at the Kenyatta University.
